Seekers Society Studio – Policy Welcome on Board

Thank you for shopping with Seekers Society Studio. We’re committed to ensuring your jewellery arrives safely, promptly and beautifully packaged. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will reach you.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, you will be notified by email with an updated delivery estimate.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia; and
  • New Zealand

3. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We use Australia Post for reliable domestic shipping.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal service updates.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country. Seekers Society Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can track your parcel through Australia Post or the courier service chosen at checkout.

5. Packaging and Sustainability

All jewellery is carefully packaged in a signature Seekers Society Studio jewellery box.
We take great care to ensure each piece arrives in perfect condition just for you.

 

 

6.  Orders

If your order appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Seekers Society Studio is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services but will do everything possible to assist.

 Many of our jewellery pieces are made to order or customized for you. Made to order and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled. Production begins within 24- 48 hours of order confirmation.

Once you place an order it is legally binding and cannot be cancelled.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
